What You'll Be DoingProvide a customer focused service to staff and patients of MNCLHD whilst ensuring that all inpatients are assessed and classified with regard to their financial classification (holder of private health insurance, MVA, DVA, worker's compensation, ineligible overseas visitors, defence force personnel etc).Provide education to encourage conversion of patients, with private health insurance, from non-chargeable to chargeable status. Liaise with appropriate areas to ensure that patient billing information is obtained in a timely fashion in order to meet revenue requirements.This position contributes significantly to increasing revenue for the organisation.Why Join Us?
