We empower aviation teams to maximize uptime, efficiency, and safety through customer-driven innovation and world-class service.About The RoleWe are seeking an experienced, strategic, and execution-focused General Manager to lead our Asia Operations, including teams in Chennai, Noida, Sri Lanka, and remote locations across Asia. This is a critical leadership role responsible for aligning our regional operations with global business goals while enabling high performance across engineering, product, customer support, finance, people operations, and other cross-functional areas.As a member of Veryon’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you will be the central operational and cultural leader across our Asia footprint. You will be responsible for establishing and growing an Asia Leadership Team (ALT) overseeing all functions across the organization in the region. This is a visible, highly influential position that requires strong collaboration, high EQ, and a bias toward action.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesLead and optimize all regional operations across Engineering, Product, Customer Support, Finance, and People Operations.Partner with global functional heads to align regional strategies with overall business goals.Build and mentor the Asia Leadership Team (ALT) to drive performance, growth, and engagement.Manage facilities strategy including offices, leases, and remote work models.Represent Asia-based teams in global planning, investments, and transformation discussions.Act as the regional escalation point for governance, decision-making, and operational alignment.Foster a strong, connected, high-performance culture that reflects Veryon’s core values.Maintain financial fluency, report on operational progress, and provide insights to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).Requirements15+ years of experience in operational leadership or general management across multiple functions and geographies.Proven success leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed global organization.Deep understanding of India and broader Asia’s operational, HR, and compliance environments.Strong financial and business acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L ownership.Experience in technology or SaaS industries.Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority.Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset and ability to operate at all organizational levels.Preferred QualificationsExperience in the aviation or mission-critical software industry.Proven success building or scaling regional operations in a PE-backed or growth-stage SaaS environment.Experience managing facilities, lease transitions, or hybrid/remote workforce strategies.Background in organizational transformation, talent strategy, or culture-building initiatives.MBA or advanced degree in Business, Operations, or related field.Our Core Values:Fueled by Customers: Customers are at the core of every decision.
