Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor based in Bengaluru. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily site operations, coordinate with contractors and vendors, monitor project timelines, and ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing site teams, inspecting materials, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and addressing any on-site challenges to maintain smooth project execution. Qualifications Project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and task coordinationKnowledge of interior construction processes, materials, and quality assuranceStrong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate site teamsProficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and technical specificationsAttention to detail and problem-solving abilities for on-site challengesStrong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team membersKnowledge of safety standards and ensuring compliance with relevant regulationsPrior experience as a Site Supervisor in interior design or construction projects is an advantage.Freshers can also apply.Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field is an advantage
