With an unwavering commitment to clinical excellence, they operate through a select group of high-performing centres and franchise partners—each meticulously vetted to ensure the highest standards of care, innovation and professionalism.Having recently stabilised the business operationally and strengthened franchise relationships, the organisation is now positioned for its next chapter of strategic growth, market expansion and commercial uplift. About the RoleAs General Manager, you will lead the strategic, commercial and cultural direction of a market-leading dental network delivering a revolutionary implant treatment. You’ll partner closely with practice owners, franchisees, surgeons and internal teams to elevate performance, strengthen the brand, and drive sustainable growth nationally.This is a role for a commercially savvy, relationship-driven leader—one who brings an entrepreneurial mindset, emotional intelligence and genuine empathy to support practitioners and help expand consultation volumes across the network. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the national growth strategy, driving market expansion and long-term commercial sustainability • Strengthen brand visibility and lead-generation outcomes across digital and traditional channels • Oversee clinic performance, franchisor operations, compliance and process optimisation • Support franchisees with commercial guidance, performance insights and ongoing operational partnership • Analyse and qualify HubSpot-driven leads, helping improve consultation conversion and practice outcomes • Manage national P&L, reporting, budgets and forecasting, identifying opportunities to increase margin and efficiency • Maintain governance standards across regulatory, clinical, franchising and marketing compliance • Lead and develop the marketing, operations and education teams, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture • Build strong relationships with clinicians, suppliers, franchise partners and key industry stakeholders • Represent the organisation at internal forums, partner meetings and professional events To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrateProven success leading growth, sales or commercial performance within a multi-site, service-based or franchise environment • Experience working with or selling into professional service owners (e.g., health, dental, allied health, medical, or similar).
