Dataforensics, a fast-growing geotechnical engineering data management software company, is searching for a customer service oriented full-time employee for our Software Implementation team. You will work directly with clients, guiding them on implementing our geotechnical and geo-environmental data management software. Our products pLog Tablet, OpenGround Cloud and RAPID CPT comprise a fully integrated seamless workflow from field to office to lab to designer so our users can input data once and use it in whatever software they need. Our clients rely on us in mission-critical situations. That pressure can at times be intense, but it also means your work directly shapes how the industry operates. You will be rewarded with satisfaction when you have successfully helped a customer deploy and use our software. You will be shaping the way an entire industry gets the job done. We are looking for a geotechnical engineer who is passionate about improving the geotechnical data management process and who wants to be part of our team as we shape the evolution of software and technology in the geotechnical engineering world. Our mission is helping organizations repair or replace traditional methods of data collection and data management so they can ENGINEER BETTER. Job Description/ResponsibilitiesPerform integrations of Dataforensics/Bentley OpenGround software with other 3rd party softwareProvide technical support for our clientsPerform training for Dataforensics/Bentley OpenGround softwareCollaborate with team members on software implementation and developmentRequired SkillsGeotechnical or GeoEnvironmental Engineering backgroundBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with Soil Mechanics and Introduction to Foundations or specialization in Geotechnical EngineeringTechnology background and awareness / Ability to rapidly learn new softwareExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPreferred Skills•        Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering with Geotechnical Engineering SpecializationNice to Haves/Dataforensics will provide training:Experience with the following:databases such as MS Access, SQL Server, MySQL, SQLiteGeographic Information Systems (GIS)gINTHoleBASE SI or OpenGroundKeyLAB
