No problem—we provide the training, you bring the talent!What You’ll Be DoingAs the face of our company for the German market, you will:Be the Go-To Contact: Handle all traveler and corporate client inquiries in German via phone, email, and live chat.Resolve and Guide: Help users navigate, configure, and troubleshoot issues with our digital travel platform and management tools.Ensure Smooth Journeys: Quickly diagnose and solve booking, itinerary, and technical issues to maintain high client satisfaction.Document Carefully: Accurately log all interactions and resolutions in our system.Your Essential QualificationsTo be considered for this exciting role, you must meet these non-negotiable requirements:Language Skills: You must have native or near-native German fluency (C2 level) and strong professional working proficiency in English (B2 level).Location: This is a fully on-site position based in our office in Sofia, Bulgaria.Legal Status is Key: You must hold a valid EU/EEA/Swiss citizenship, a Refugee Card, or a Residency Card that is valid for over one year. We regret that we cannot accept applications requiring a Work Permit or Blue Card.All necessary IT and office equipment will be supplied by the company.Schedule and RewardsWork HoursYou will work a full-time, 40-hour rotational schedule.
