Global Head of Finance

Head of Finance – International Business (Middle East, GCC, Europe & Africa) Job purpose:Responsible for developing financial policies and plans / taxes files and following up on their implementation to achieve the International Business strategic plans.Job Responsibilities:Develops financial policies and procedures to ensure the achievement of the IB strategic objectives.Reviews and approves the budget and business results to support decisions related to the financial position.Monitors and directs financial operations / taxes to ensure the accuracy of payment of financial obligations to suppliers and the collection of financial obligations from customers on time across countries.Follows up and directs the results of improvement projects related to activities to ensure that the goals of the improvement process are achieved.Supervises the results of the required financial studies with the aim of supporting decision makers with the necessary data.Supervises the preparation of financial statements and reports and provides information and advice to the International Business CEO to support decision-making.Manages and follows up on the implementation of import / Export operations and electronic payments at the planned times with the aim of supporting the provision of the necessary goods and services according to needs requests.Manages all insurance transactions and operations to ensure insurance coverage for (assets/cars/inventory/goods on the road) and their compensation for all companies across countries.Manages the risks of receiving, examining and reviewing incoming advances through treasuries and the risks of transporting and delivering them to banks with the aim of protecting cash flows and delivering them to banks as quickly as possible for their use.Job Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance / Costing Accounting / Commerce.Master or PHD in finance is preferred.+15 years of experience in a relevant field.Fluency in English Language is a must.French as a third language is preferred.Cross countries finance experience in export is required.Experience at one of Africa countries laws is preferred.
