Global Product Solution Design Leader （UI/UX）

About The RoleWe are seeking a visionary and strategic Head of Product Solution Design to lead our end-to-end product design function. This role will oversee our talented team of UX/UI designers, researchers, and product design strategists. You will be responsible for crafting delightful, intuitive, and seamless user journeys that align with our business goals and deliver exceptional value to our customers.As the design leader, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience across all touchpoints—defining the design language, elevating design thinking within the organization, and collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, marketers, and business stakeholders to bring innovative, user-centric solutions to life.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & StrategyDefine and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Product Solution Design function under Global Product teamBuild, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of Product Designers, UX/UI Designers, Design Researchers, and UX WritersAdvocate for design excellence and user-centric thinking across all levels of the organization including Coins Payment, Crypto Trading and other productsPartner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business teams to ensure holistic and cohesive product experiencesDesign Execution & InnovationOversee the end-to-end design process, from discovery and ideation to wireframes, prototypes, and final UIImplement design systems, frameworks, and tools that drive consistency and efficiency at scaleChampion design thinking and research-led innovation, integrating user feedback and data into all design decisionsEnsure designs are accessible, inclusive, and optimized for all platforms (mobile, web, etc.)User Experience & Journey OwnershipOwn the entire user journey and experience lifecycle, identifying pain points and opportunities for continuous improvementDevelop metrics and KPIs to measure user satisfaction, usability, and design impactDrive initiatives to improve user onboarding, engagement, conversion, and retention through superior designCollaboration & CommunicationAct as the voice of the user in strategic discussions and decision-making forumsEffectively communicate design vision, strategies, and updates to stakeholders at all levelsFoster a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and continuous learning within the design team and beyondRequirements5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or user experience strategy, with at least 4 years in a leadership or head-of-roleProven experience designing for digital products at scale (fintech, crypto, super apps, payments, or e-commerce experience preferred)Strong portfolio demonstrating deep expertise in design strategy, user journeys, and end-to-end product designMastery of design and prototyping tools such as FigmaDeep understanding of human-centered design, accessibility principles, and responsive designExperience working with cross-functional teams in agile/scrum environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate into design insightsExcellent communication and storytelling skills; able to influence executive stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsBackground in behavioral science, design psychology, or UX research is a plusPrior experience in fintech, payments, digital wallets, or blockchain/crypto industriesFamiliarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript) is an advantageWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
