At Astara, your ideas and talent move us forward!The RoleThe Global Talent & Culture Manager is responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive talent strategies that encompass performance management, talent identification, succession planning, employee engagement, and corporate training. This role aims to enhance organizational effectiveness by developing programs that foster employee growth, leadership development, and a culture of continuous improvement.Main Functions/ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and continuously improve global talent development strategies that strengthen the leadership pipeline and support long-term organizational needs.Identify, assess, and calibrate talent in partnership with business leaders and People teams, ensuring consistent and objective evaluation processes.Develop tailored development plans and initiatives for key talent and high-potential employees, ensuring alignment with individual aspirations and organizational priorities.Support critical selection processes to attract and integrate high-quality talent aligned with current and future capability requirements.Detect, assess, and analyze global training needs to ensure development efforts are aligned with the company’s strategic plan.Design and manage the annual corporate learning plan, defining objectives, content, delivery approach, scheduling, and evaluation for each program.Ensure the effective measurement, tracking, and reporting of development initiatives through data analytics and feedback loops.Provide guidance to leaders on developing their teams, enhancing performance, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.Drive ongoing improvement of all talent and development programs through evaluation, insights, and best practices.Professional Experience/QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.7+ years of experience in talent development, performance management, or related HR roles.Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing talent management and succession planning programs.Desirable: experience or knowledge working with Workday.Advanced proficiency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous.At Astara, we are deeply committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
