Join our multinational HR team and play a pivotal role in attracting and hiring the talent that shapes the future of Polène.Your MissionAs a Recruiter, you will oversee the full recruitment cycle for roles across our artisanal workshops and corporate teams in Ubrique. From defining hiring needs to onboarding selected candidates, you will ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for both applicants and hiring managers. Your work will directly support the growth of Polène by securing the best talent in areas such as Production, Design, Pattern Making, Production Follow-up, Finance, and Human Resources.Key ResponsibilitiesFull-cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process—from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, selecting, and onboarding new hires.Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage qualified candidates using multiple channels: job boards, direct search, local networks, schools, and industry events.Hiring Manager Partnership: Work closely with Production, Design, HR, Finance, and Corporate leaders to understand role requirements and define the ideal talent profile.Interview & Selection: Conduct interviews, evaluate candidate fit, and coordinate interview rounds with internal teams to ensure consistent and fair hiring decisions.Pipeline Management: Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand roles within our workshops and corporate areas.Employer Branding: Support initiatives that strengthen Polène’s presence and reputation in the Ubrique region as an employer of choice.Onboarding Coordination: Ensure a smooth incorporation process for selected candidates, from documentation to first-day preparation.Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate recruitment data, dashboards, and documentation while adhering to internal processes and legal requirements.Your ProfileEducation: Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within industrial, manufacturing, or corporate environments.
