The HRBP manages the full employee lifecycle, ensures compliance with Spanish and Portuguese labor laws, and drives people initiatives that support a high-performance culture. Workday is the core HRIS.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure HR policies align with global standards and local legislation.Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, development, performance, employee relations, and offboarding.Use HR data and insights (e.g., engagement, attrition) to support strategic decision-making in collaboration with the Global HRBP.Partner with global HR teams to deliver local HR programs and respond to employee needs.Lead and support initiatives to enhance organizational culture and workforce capabilities.Advise leadership on HR matters and support implementation of HR initiatives.Apply Spanish labor legislation accurately.Manage salary reviews and proposals in line with Total Reward guidelines.Support local HR operations: work permits, teleworking processes, HR communications, working calendars, internal committees, disciplinary procedures, and HR administration.Oversee company benefits and employee HR requests.Conduct onboarding sessions and induction training for new hires.Maintain strong knowledge of HR administration and Workday processes to support the HR global roadmap.Required Skills & ExperienceExperience in a HR or HRBP roleDegree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent by experienceNative-level Spanish and fluent EnglishStrong knowledge of Spanish labor law, knowledge of Portuguese labor law would be a plusProven ability to align HR strategy with business objectivesStrong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skillsAnalytical mindset and attention to detailAdaptable and flexible mindsetAbility to work in a matrix environment and collaborate with global delivery modelsProactive, accountable, and team-orientedFlexibility regarding working hoursWhat We OfferFull-time temporary contract (39h/week)Location: Granada, SpainHybrid model: Up to 5 days remote per week (up to €60/month compensation)Competitive benefits:Flexible Compensation Plan (health/life insurance, meals, childcare, transport, training)7-hour workday on Fridays23 vacation days + up to 4 additional days based on seniorityIntensive summer schedule (July 15–Aug 31); option to extend with holiday deductionContinuous Performance Management system (CPM)Positive and collaborative work environmentAt Strada, Our Values Guide Everything We DoAnticipate Customer Needs – We stay ahead of trends so our customers can grow and succeed.Own the Outcome – We take responsibility for delivering excellence and ensuring things get done right.Challenge Ourselves to Work Smarter – We move faster than the world around us to drive change and accomplish more.Empower Each Other to Solve Problems – We tackle challenges head on, ask tough questions, and collaborate to find the best solutions.Care About Our Work – We understand that what we do impacts millions, and we have a responsibility to get it right.BenefitsAt Strada, we support your whole self—offering a range of benefits for your health, wellbeing, finances, and future.
