The GM Production will oversee daily operations, manage production planning, ensure adherence to quality standards, and drive production efficiency. The role involves coordinating between teams, implementing production strategies, and fostering a collaborative and optimized manufacturing environment. The GM will also lead initiatives to improve operational performance and ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational goals.QualificationsExpertise in Production Planning and Production ManagementComprehensive knowledge of Quality Control processes and standardsStrong Team Leadership and coordination abilitiesExperience in Manufacturing operations within a heavy machinery environmentStrategic thinking and decision-making skills to optimize resources and achieve targetsBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are an advantageProven track record in a senior manufacturing leadership roleExcellent communication and organizational skillsFamiliarity with ERP systems and lean manufacturing techniques is preferredMechanical Engineering graduate from a reputed college with 20-25 years of experience in manufacturing company preferably in Capital Equipment Manufacturing company.15 to 20 years of shop floor experience including machine Assembly/Fabrication/Modern Machine shop & Painting shop of machine building industries.Experience in handling projects and scheduling is preferred.Expertise in Planning & Procurement essential. Would be responsible of all activities of separate unit.Hands on experience in preparation of “Process sheets”, SOPs, Routings & Control Plans etc. required.Knowledge of ERP system mandatory. MS dynamics Business Central/NAV preferred.Candidate shall be 45-50 years to lead Production, Stores, Planning, Purchase and Quality team.Candidate shall be capable of speaking fluent Hindi, English and Gujarati.Candidate may be from any Indian state but preferably from Gujarat so he can understand Gujrati.Salary is not a bar for right candidate and our budget is Rs. 25 Lacs to 30 Lacs (can more pay for good Experience Candidate).
