This role involves managing import, export, and re-export processes while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and timely execution of all related activities.Key ResponsibilitiesSAP Documentation: Prepare and manage documentation for import/re-export of goods across foreign countries, SEZs, and domestic movements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Export & Re-Export Coordination: Track re-export processes, liaise with customs and banks for duty drawback claims, and ensure timely follow-ups.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with overseas buyers, customs brokers, banks, and internal teams (workshops, accounts) to secure GR waivers and facilitate smooth transactions.Letter of Credit (LC) Handling: Manage LC shipments, including complete documentation and coordination for timely execution.Compliance & Audit: Maintain and submit statutory compliance documents for export/re-export activities, ensuring adherence to internal audit requirements.Banking Records: Efficiently close IDPMS/EDPMS records with banks and maintain comprehensive data for audits and regulatory reviews.Regulatory Adherence: Ensure strict compliance with IATA, IMDG certifications, FEMA guidelines, and global trade regulations for all logistics operations.Knowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesStrong understanding of international trade laws and compliance requirements.Proficiency in SAP for documentation and process tracking.Excellent coordination and communication skills for cross-functional and external stakeholder engagement.Ability to manage complex documentation and regulatory processes with precision and timeliness.Qualifications1 to 4 years of ExperienceAny GraduateHalliburton is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
