Role Description The Gold Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluating gold items, managing loan disbursements, assisting clients with inquiries, and maintaining records of transactions. The role entails ensuring compliance with company policies and adhering to legal and regulatory standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kadawatha. Qualifications Strong knowledge of gold valuation, loan processing, and financial services.Proficiency in customer service, relationship management, and communication skills.Basic accounting and data entry skills with attention to accuracy and detail.Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and maintain a high standard of ethics and integrity.Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the finance or gold loan industry, is an advantage.Proficiency in relevant software applications is a plus.Fluency in Sinhala and/or Tamil; English proficiency is an added advantage.Minimum educational qualification: G.C.E. Advanced Level or equivalent. Additional certifications in finance or gemology are beneficial.
