Our services cover recruitment, staffing, BPO, digital marketing, and technology solutions. Within our Marketing Department, we manage and execute campaigns for both our in-house and client brands. We’re looking for a skilled Google Ads & Performance Marketing Specialist to join our on-site team and help drive measurable growth through data-backed advertising strategies.Role OverviewWe’re seeking a strategic and analytical marketer who can build, manage, and scale Google Ads campaigns across multiple sectors, including HR, SaaS, transport, and recruitment. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager to optimize performance, control spend, and deliver consistent ROI across all paid channels.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube.Conduct in-depth keyword research and manage comprehensive keyword lists, including negative terms.Write, test, and refine ad copy that drives engagement and conversions.Monitor analytics and adjust strategies to improve CTR, conversion rates, and cost efficiency.Implement tracking and reporting through GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.Partner with content and design teams to refine landing pages and improve conversion performance.Produce weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.Stay updated on Google Ads trends, algorithm changes, and new platform features.Skills & Qualifications1–2 years of hands-on Google Ads management experience (agency or client-side).Strong understanding of campaign types, targeting options, and optimization techniques.Proficiency with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into practical improvements.Excellent written communication and ad copywriting skills.Google Ads certification preferred.Experience with B2B or international campaigns is a plus.What You’ll GainCompetitive salary based on experience.Exposure to global brands and diverse industries.Professional growth opportunities in digital marketing and analytics.A collaborative, fast-moving environment where ideas are valued and impact is visible.
