Job DescriptionsWorkplace Inspections & Hazard IdentificationAssist in conducting routine site inspections to identify unsafe conditions or practices.Report hazards, near-misses, and unsafe acts, and verify that corrective actions are implemented.Assist in monitoring and inspecting emergency equipment and procedures.Prepare and issue the inspection findings report (both in English and MM). 2. Regulatory ComplianceSupport in checking compliance with occupational health and safety laws and internal standards.Maintain updated knowledge of OHS rules and regulations.Regular Compliance check across the group level.3. Incident Reporting & InvestigationAssist in gathering information for incident and accident reports.Support in root cause analysis under guidance from seniors.4. Safety Documentation & RecordsMaintain inspection checklists, safety records, and audit findings.Help prepare the safety inspection reports for management review.5. Quarterly ReportSupport in requesting quarterly reports for departmental requirements.Job RequirementsSkills, Education, and QualificationsCurrently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree/diploma in Risk Management, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field is preferred.Understanding of workplace health and safety principles.Familiarity with the accident/incident reporting process.Good observation and attention to detail (important for inspections & data collection).Basic reporting and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Able to communicate and write in English.Good communication skills.Analytical mindset for data collection and compliance checks.Eager to learn and motivated in OHS field.Proactive, responsible, and able to follow instructions.Willingness to visit workplace/construction site/office areas for inspections.Able to work under supervision and meet reporting deadlines.Knowledge of local regulations for environmental law.
