Subject to final approval on 1 January 2026, all employees from the five health services will transfer to Bayside Health.Fixed Term – until 30 June 2026 Part time: 30.4-38 hours per fortnight availableSalary range – $83,657-$89,512 f/t equivalent (depending on hours, qualifications and experience)Alfred locationGreat staff benefits The DepartmentThe Bariatric Surgery Registry is an established bi-national clinical quality registry that monitors the safety and efficacy of bariatric surgery across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand. Since beginning in 2012, the Registry has enrolled over 165,000 people who have had a bariatric procedure and has 213 surgeons and 150 hospitals contributing data. The Registry’s team is based in Monash University’s School of Translational Medicine (STM) at the Alfred Hospital campus.Further information about the registry can be found at https://www.monash.edu/medicine/sphpm/registries/bariatricThe PositionWorking under the broad direction of the BSR Executive Officer and BSR Operations Manager, the position is responsible for the day-to-day management of all aspects of BSR governance requirements including human research ethic committee (HREC) applications, amendments and reporting, and for ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, procedures and legislation.
