Join HESTA and play a vital role in supporting our People & Culture team!We're seeking an organised and detail-oriented People & Culture Coordinator to provide comprehensive HR solutions and administration. You'll be the key person managing employee lifecycle processes and supporting our Head of People & Culture.Your Day Will See YouManage the onboarding/offboarding processes end to end for employees and contingent workersCoordinate monthly corporate inductionsManage new starter background checksManage probationary review processOversee the effective management of the People Advisory mailbox, including triaging all inbound enquiriesMaintain HR documentation and employee recordsProvide administrative support to Head of People & CultureCoordinate learning events and manage LMSCoordinate P&C team activities and meetingsAbout YouPrior experience in a HR administration or coordination roleStrong knowledge of HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors preferred)Understanding of HR policies and basic employment legislationPrior senior manager diary management (desirable)Excellent time management, prioritisation and communication skillsHigh attention to detailIf you're passionate about HR operations and creating excellent employee experiences, we want to hear from you!Apply now to join our team and make a difference.
