GPS Monitoring Supervisor

Leadership & Operations• Lead GPS monitoring operations across GCC’s entire fleet, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.• Oversee AVL readiness and installation programs for GCC and rental units, ensuring full asset visibility.• Drive cross-department coordination with Safety, Transportation, Maintenance, and Operations teams.• Supervise handling of violations, driver behavior monitoring, and corrective action recommendations.• Build reporting structures, communication workflows, and operational templates for fleet management.Fleet Performance & Analytics• Develop and deliver strategic KPIs: overspeed, idling, fuel efficiency, mileage, zone activity, and trip analytics.• Investigate incidents using GPS event data and provide root-cause insights to senior management.• Identify misuse and personal-use cases (including sensitive units like ambulances) through trip analysis.• Initiate fuel optimization actions using Aldrees WAIE & GateX, including limit reviews and justification processes.Fuel & Asset Control• Manage fuel access systems: chip activation, smart cards, passcodes, and troubleshooting.• Coordinate directly with Aldrees to resolve fueling complaints, offline devices, and system discrepancies.• Lead auditing efforts for fuel balance, consumption patterns, and unauthorized refueling.Vendor & System Management• Coordinate with MiX Telematics, TrackSolid, AFAQY, BSJ, Aldrees, and other providers for system support.• Review and request updated quotations, technical solutions, and device upgrades (MDVR, dashcams, AVL kits).• Support purchase order readiness and ensure accurate technical specifications.Process Improvement & Documentation• Create dashboards, automated reports, and operational templates to enhance decision-making.• Maintain advanced logs for AVL status, fuel tag issuance, smart card distribution, and system performance.• Improve communication channels with drivers through WhatsApp/SMS workflows and structured notification systems.
