As a Graduate Data Consultant, you’ll play a key part in this mission, supporting the delivery of accurate, timely data submissions.Your work will help customers gain insights into the packaging and products they handle, enabling them to make confident, sustainable changes — so what you do will have a real-world impact.What you’ll be doingYou’ll work alongside experienced Compliance Advisors and Data Teams to ensure data submissions are accurate and meet the requirements of various environmental regulations.Your day-to-day tasks will include:Managing Data for AccountsWork with account managers and data teams to make sure submissions are accurate and on timeCollect and verify required environmental data (weights, product info, etc.)Occasionally support suppliers via phone or emailData Cleansing & MaintenanceLearn to use the in-house EPIC software system to input, manipulate, and analyse dataFormat data to meet requirements for different regulationsHelp check and improve the accuracy of submissionsKeep up to date with environmental regulations and compliance requirementsContinuous ImprovementContribute ideas to improve processes and efficiencySupport innovations in data management and reportingAssist with automation and streamlining of workflowsAbout youYou’ll thrive in this role if you are:Highly organised with excellent planning and time managementCurious and eager to learn about environmental complianceConfident working independently and in a teamFriendly, approachable, and customer-focusedSolution-oriented and enjoy problem-solvingTechnical skills & experience:Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel (VBA/coding knowledge a bonus)Comfortable handling and analysing dataDegree educated (any discipline)Interest in sustainability/environmental issues is a bonusWhy you’ll love working hereOur client has created a friendly, supportive environment with flexible working and plenty of opportunities to grow.
