Job Description

Based in our Dublin office, Project Management roles require creative collaboration with our graphic design, multimedia, instructional design, testing, and editorial teams as well as managing external suppliers and engaging subject matter experts to deliver cutting-edge content for our customers around the world.We're looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can meet strict deadlines. You should be highly organized, comfortable managing multiple projects across multi-disciplinary and multi-location teams, and capable of developing solutions for new business needs. Confidence in your PM abilities is essential.The role involves:Interacting with clients on a daily basisCreatively contributing to the project vision, objectives, activities, tasks and outcomesDetermining requirements of the customer, providing clear estimations of feasibility and risks, and answering RFPs and project proposalsManaging multiple projects while maintaining project documentation and status reports.Managing key financials and updating clients on project statusManaging risk and change throughout the project cycle with a view on profitability of the projectMinimum requirements:Excellent communication skills; written, verbal and presentationalStrong budgeting and scheduling skills.Experience managing daily schedules across multi-disciplines.The ability to implement best practice and PM methodologies appropriate to the project’s scope.Hands-on experience in digital video content development and production (ideal but not essential).Consulting with management and business development on client relationship status and business issuesTo learn more about our Global Graduate Programme please visit our careers site here.Intuition is an Equal Opportunities Employer
