Graduate Sales Executive - CorporateSoftcat South Coast, UK - Remote/HybridSalary: £24,570 plus uncapped commissionDescriptionSoftcat is hiring entry-level Sales Executives to join their Corporate sales team. This role is suited to graduates or early-career candidates interested in developing a long-term career in technology sales. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you will learn how to build new business, develop client relationships, and support organisations with their technology needs.Hours: 37.5 per weekAbout the Sales TeamSoftcat’s sales team is responsible for developing new customer relationships and supporting organisations across the UK with technology solutions. With more than 500 people across the UK and Ireland, the team continues to grow and expand into new markets. Sales Executives begin with new business activity and progress into managing established accounts through a structured development programme.ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales Executive, you will:Research and identify potential customersBuild new business through outreach including calls, meetings, and email communicationWork towards defined KPIs by developing market insights and building relationshipsProvide account management support as customers’ technology requirements evolveWork collaboratively with colleagues across sales and technical teamsSupport customers with their technology strategies and future planningYou will also join the Softcat Sales Development Programme, which provides training, development, and support to progress into an Account Manager role.RequirementsSoftcat is looking for candidates who:Have an interest in sales and the technology sectorAre motivated, organised, and proactiveHave strong communication skillsCan build professional relationshipsAre able to work independently and as part of a teamAre enthusiastic about learning new skills and gaining product knowledgeThis role is suitable for graduates or those looking to start a commercial career pathway.
