This role is a great entry point into sales with career progression into a SDR role expected within 12 months and then full account management within 2 years. The FinTech industry is one of the fastest growing and most lucrative industries in the UK.They are looking for a Graduate Sales professional to join their sales team. Your primary role will be to manage all inbound sales queries, customer renewals, billing issues, and account-related follow-ups. While you will not be responsible for closing sales, your input and efficiency will directly support the success of our Account Managers.This role is perfect for you if you are looking to start a sales career within the software sales industry. Progression will be quick with a route outlined to be in senior sales within 3 – 4 years with all the training support and guidance you will need on the way.This business is rapidly growing with an excellent culture and great office environment. You will need to prior experience within a sales support, sales admin, customer service type of role ideally within a B2B environment. Most importantly you will have to want to progress into more senior sales roles as see sales as the career for you. Experience of technology / SaaS would be a huge benefit.Key Responsibilities:Be the main point of contact for inbound enquiries and then distribute to the relevant sales personSpeak to current customers to help with any customer queriesBilling and payment queriesAccount renewals and upgradesGeneral product or pricing questionsCRM data corrections or requestsManage a share sales support inbox and assign / respond promptlyFollow up on overdue renewalsLiaise with finance to resolve billing discrepanciesKeep accurate records in CRM (Hubspot)Maintaining a high first-response rate and customer satisfactionKeeping the sales team focused by resolving support/admin tasks efficientlyEnsuring all renewals and billing issues are processed on timeDemonstrating strong time management and responsivenessQualifications & Experience:1+ year in sales support, customer success, or service orientated roleExperience with b2b customer service, support, subscriptions or renewalsFamiliarity with KPI’s and productivity toolsExposure to SaaS or service-based businesses preferredAbility to convey information clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, to customers and team members.Attentively understanding customer needs and responding to their queries with precision and empathy.A proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving concerns efficiently.Quick thinking and resourcefulness to address client challenges and provide effective solutions.Accuracy in processing orders, recording information, and following up with clients.Skill in prioritising tasks, managing multiple inquiries simultaneously, and meeting deadlines.Familiarity with CRM systems, sales platforms, and standard office software.Willingness to work closely with colleagues to achieve common sales and service goals.
