Initial 12-month contract | Brisbane, Canberra or Sydney location | Part time - 15 hours per weekTHE OPPORTUNITYWe are seeking a Graphic Designer to work for our government client on an initial 12-month contract, based in either Brisbane, Canberra or Sydney.In this role you will be responsible for creating and managing the visual aspects of marketing and communications materials, websites and other media, including infographics. You will work with the communications teams to understand and develop briefs, and to produce high quality marketing and communications assets that align with brand identities and strategic objectives. You will also provide specialist creative advice and guidance to support all communication plans and initiatives.You will have proven experience developing and implementing communications strategies, tools and materials for a variety of audiences, and in developing creative visual content to explain concepts and messages in an accessible way.A tertiary qualification or experience in communications or a related field, such as stakeholder engagement, instructional design or graphic design would be highly desirable.Please note that you must be an Australian citizen to apply for this opportunity.This is a part-time role for 15 hours per week and you can be located in Brisbane, Sydney or Canberra with flexible hybrid working options.
