Group Quality Assurance Section Head

Key Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and manage the annual audit program, including special projects across all facilities • Ensure adherence to and enhancement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with IATF 16949 and/or VDA 6.3 standards • Utilize valid Auditor or Lead Auditor certification (IATF 16949 or VDA 6.3) to lead compliance initiatives • Drive group-wide quality improvement programs to achieve standardization across sites • Conduct audits across multiple plants to verify process effectiveness and compliance • Monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure timely resolution • Prepare and deliver reports for regular group quality reviews (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) • Oversee SOP changes across sites, conduct gap analyses, and consolidate improvement reports • Manage documentation within the Document Control Center (DCC) and coordinate group-level quality projects • Collaborate with site teams to align local operations with group quality strategies • Independently plan and execute audits, analyze findings, and recommend improvements • Communicate effectively across sites and functions to ensure smooth coordination • Travel domestically or internationally as required by assignments Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related discipline • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality engineering or customer service within PCB, mechanical assembly, or electronics manufacturing industries • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and related quality systems • Experience managing customer quality concerns, audits, and complaint resolution • Proficiency in Mandarin and English, with strong communication skills to engage Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
