Join us to help strengthen our data privacy framework and ensure compliance with PDPA and applicable regulations.🔍 Key ResponsibilitiesAct as Data Protection Officer (DPO) and oversee data privacy complianceDevelop and maintain privacy policies, procedures, and governance frameworksConduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and maintain Records of Processing Activities (ROPA)Manage personal data breach responsesReview legal and contractual clauses, including SLAs and data security requirementsSupport audits and compliance assessments🎓 QualificationsDiploma or Degree in Law, Legal Studies, Compliance, or related fieldsParalegal training or background requiredMinimum 1 year experience in compliance, legal, or data privacy-related rolesKnowledge of PDPA is an advantage🛠 SkillsStrong understanding of data protection and compliance principlesAbility to review and interpret legal/contractual documentsAttention to detail with strong documentation skillsGood written and verbal communication skillsAble to work independently with minimal supervision📍 Work Location: UOA Business Park, Subang Jaya🚆 Convenient Access: LRT & KTM Subang Jaya
