 Operational Manager – MarCom DepartmentDepartment: Marketing & Communications (MarCom)Reports to: Head of MarComLocation: Tripoli, LibyaJob Summary:The Operational Manager oversees and coordinates all field marketing operations and offline activities related to Presto’s marketing and communication efforts. This role bridges the gap between creative strategy and on-ground execution, ensuring that all external shoots, events, activations, and collaborations run smoothly and align with Presto’s brand identity and objectives.Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and manage all on-site marketing operations, including photo and video shoots, brand activations, and external marketing events. • Coordinate logistics, locations, permits, and scheduling for field campaigns and production teams. • Ensure smooth communication between internal departments, creative teams, and third-party vendors or agencies. • Monitor and report on campaign execution quality, ensuring alignment with brand standards and marketing goals. • Support the MarCom team in implementing strategies that enhance Presto’s presence both offline and online. • Collaborate with the Growth Manager to synchronize operational plans with expansion campaigns in new cities. • Manage budgets and resources for offline marketing projects and ensure cost efficiency. • Handle any unexpected operational challenges on-site with effective problem-solving and decision-making.Key Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • Strong project management and organizational skills. • Experience in event coordination, production supervision, or marketing operations. • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities. • Attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environmentsmmunication skills
