We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our partner, a dynamic company building a cutting-edge digital legal software platform, who will design and execute holistic marketing strategies, elevate brand awareness, and drive consistent customer acquisition.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and own the overall marketing strategy aligned with the target audienceBuild comprehensive go-to-market and promotional plans across digital, content, and field marketing channels.Create monthly and annual content plans, ensuring consistent and effective messaging across all platforms.Lead the development of campaign concepts, transforming ideas into actionable briefs for agencies and internal teams.Plan and execute events, webinars, and promotional activities that support pipeline growth and brand visibility.Digital Marketing & PerformanceOversee digital marketing operations, including email marketing, social media, paid campaigns, and advertising.Analyze website traffic, email performance, and social media metrics; identify optimisation opportunities and implement improvements.Manage SEO activities in collaboration with agencies: keyword research, content optimisation, competitor analysis, and visibility improvement efforts.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Product, Customer Support, and Development teams to ensure customer insights and product updates are reflected in marketing outputs.Align marketing initiatives with sales development activities to support lead generation and conversion goals.Management & CoordinationGuide and prioritise the work of the marketing and sales development activities.Manage relationships with agencies and external service providers.Deliver regular reporting to the leadership team, including performance metrics, insights, and strategic recommendations.What We’re Looking ForMinimum 7 years of marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, and/or B2B environments.Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies end-to-end.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Proficiency with CRM and email marketing tools, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management platforms.Experience with HubSpot or similar systems is a strong advantage.Strong presentation and document-creation skills.Capable of managing multiple projects, prioritising tasks, and maintaining high attention to detail.Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive approach, and a solution-oriented working style.Why You Should JoinTake end-to-end ownership of the marketing function, influencing how the brand is positioned, communicated, and scaled across multiple customer segments.Work with a modern SaaS product supported by cutting-edge developments such as machine learning, workflow automation, and advanced content generation tools.Collaborate directly with senior leadership, contribute to decision-making processes, and have visibility into the product roadmap and business direction.Join a culture that values autonomy, initiative, creativity, and continuous improvement
