If you want ownership, impact, and the chance to help shape a scaling SaaS business, this role is for you.The OpportunityWe’re supporting a fast-growing, remote-first B2B SaaS company that is scaling rapidly and now needs a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join their team.This is a highly visible role where you’ll be responsible for driving pipeline, improving conversion rates, and elevating how marketing feeds a 30-strong sales organisation. It’s ideal for someone on the way up in their career: confident, capable, analytical, and ready to own the growth engine.You’ll join a collaborative marketing function and work across paid media, content, website optimisation, reporting, and campaign execution—while contributing to a programme that directly impacts revenue.What You’ll Be DoingPlan and execute multi-channel growth campaigns across paid social, paid media, email and moreOwn website optimisation (landing pages, CRO, content updates, testing)Build and distribute conversion-focused content including gated assets, nurture sequences, webinars and guidesImprove the customer journey from first touch → demo booked → opportunityManage gated lead flows and automation within HubSpotRun A/B tests, experiments, and funnel analysis to continuously improve performanceReport confidently on marketing metrics, attribution, and pipeline outcomesCollaborate closely with a large sales team to align activity with playbooks, outreach and revenue targetsSupport 3–4 key events per year and contribute to broader GTM initiativesWhat You’ll Bring4+ years in Growth, Demand Generation or Performance MarketingStrong experience in B2B SaaS (or another subscription-based tech environment)Hands-on experience running paid campaigns, web optimisation, and lead generationGood understanding of sales cycles, handoff processes and SaaS funnel metricsA data-driven approach with confidence reporting to senior stakeholdersExperience with HubSpot or similar automation/CRM platformsThe ability to operate tactically and execute quickly in a fast-paced environmentA systematic, process-driven mindset with strong organisational skills
