We are seeking a results-oriented specialist to scale our revenue channels and manage our high-value network of clinical experts and social advocates.The Opportunity:This is a flexible, part-time contract designed for a strategic individual who thrives on building relationships and driving measurable sales growth through non-traditional marketing channels.Key Responsibilities:Revenue & Partnership Activation: Lead the identification, recruitment, and activation of experts, therapists, and influential advocates to promote Effah Care’s programs and services.Sales Funnel Management: Manage the sales performance of all affiliated channels, ensuring experts are properly incentivized and supported.Conversion Copywriting: Create high-impact, persuasive content (Social posts) that transforms awareness into direct sign-ups and revenue.Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), focusing strictly on ROI and revenue attribution for all partnership channels.Compensation and Contract Terms:This offer is structured to prioritize results and high earning potential:Fixed Retainer: SAR 3,000 per month (To cover administrative effort and coordination).Performance Commission (High-Yield): 5% of all net sales attributed to the channels managed by the specialist. with a threshold requirement.Work Arrangement: Fully remote and flexible hours. Focus is strictly on deliverables and exceeding sales targets.Candidate Profile:Experience & Impact: Proven background (3+ years) in Growth Marketing, Sales Management, or Affiliate/Partnership Activation, focusing on measurable revenue growth, ideally within the wellness, education, tech, or non-profit sector.Strategic Requirement: Must demonstrate successful, high-converting sales copywriting and sales strategies in previous roles. (We are looking for proof of tangible results, not just administrative experience.)Relationship Intelligence: Exceptional communication skills and documented ability to build and maintain trust with high-value external partners (e.g., Doctors, executives, or industry thought leaders).Mindset: Highly analytical, goal-oriented, and capable of operating independently in a remote environment.Language Proficiency: Native Arabic speaker with an exceptional command of culturally nuanced, persuasive writing. Must also possess professional working proficiency in English to coordinate with medical experts and navigate technical tools.
