Abode Property – Grosvenor House, DubaiAbode Property is a boutique, ultra-prime real estate advisory operating from Grosvenor House, Dubai Marina.We operate as a family-office style advisory for high-net-worth clients, managing exclusive mandates, POA structures, and controlled off-market distribution.We are not building a marketing department.We are building a revenue engine.As we transition fully to HubSpot as our operating core, we are seeking a Growth Systems Director to architect and own our CRM, automation, AI workflows, and revenue infrastructure.This is a systems-first leadership role.⸻The MandateDesign and build Abode’s complete revenue architecture inside HubSpot.This includes:• CRM architecture and custom object design• Automated seller and buyer funnels• WhatsApp API integration and automation• AI-led qualification and routing logic• Pipeline automation and deal progression• Lifecycle staging and behavioural triggers• Reporting dashboards and revenue attribution• Governance, documentation, and CRM disciplineThis is not a content or social media role.It is a revenue systems leadership position.⸻Key ResponsibilitiesCRM & InfrastructureArchitect HubSpot to reflect Abode’s operating modelBuild custom pipelines (Seller, Buyer, Exclusive Onboarding, Deal Progression, Completion, Property Management)Create structured custom objects (POA Clients, Exclusive Properties, Broker Network, Referrals, Rental Portfolio)Maintain scalable and clean data architectureAutomation & AIImplement structured WhatsApp automation flowsBuild AI-led lead qualification and scoring systemsDesign triggered workflows for lifecycle progressionConnect campaigns, landing pages, and attribution trackingRevenue IntelligenceDevelop real-time dashboards for leadershipBuild attribution models across acquisition channelsMonitor performance, conversion, and velocity metricsDeliver structured weekly reportingGovernanceDocument workflows and SOPsTrain internal team in CRM disciplineConduct automation auditsMaintain high standards of data integrityTeamBuild and manage a support team. ⸻Ideal Profile5–8+ years in RevOps, CRM Architecture, or Growth SystemsAdvanced hands-on HubSpot implementation experience (building from scratch, not template-only usage)Experience integrating WhatsApp API with CRM systemsStrong automation logic and workflow design capabilityAnalytical, structured, and detail-orientedComfortable working directly with founder-level leadershipYou naturally prefer dashboards over discussions and structure over noise.⸻LocationDubai – Grosvenor HouseFull-time | On-site leadership presence required
