Strategic Partnerships & Subscription Growth:Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with telecom operators, retailers, and payment providers to grow subscriptions.Develop and implement go-to-market strategies that increase user acquisition and subscriber conversion.Maintain long-term relationships with key partners to ensure mutual commercial success.2. Advertising & Content Monetization:Lead sales of advertising inventory on the MangoPlus app, including display, video, and branded content.Develop sponsorship packages and co-branding opportunities for exclusive shows and content projects.Collaborate with internal teams to design integrated marketing solutions for brand partners.3. Strategy & Market Development:Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities in digital media, OTT, and telecom.Recommend and execute business strategies to expand MangoPlus’s market presence and revenue portfolio.Set and track KPIs, performance metrics, and ROI for all business development activities.4. Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration:Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing Business Development team.Work closely with Product, Marketing, Content, and Operations teams to align on commercial goals.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or Communications7+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or B2B Sales, ideally in Digital Media, Telecom, or Advertising.Proven success in securing and managing strategic, high-value deals.Strong knowledge of digital advertising, subscription business models, and content monetization.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Strategic mindset with strong leadership and analytical abilities.Skilled in using Excel, PowerPoint.Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
