Our mandate is to acquire undervalued companies globally, recycle trapped capital into hard assets, and compound returns through AI- and technology-driven operating subsidiaries.We are now raising significant institutional and private capital across convertibles, preferred equity, and structured credit to accelerate our acquisition pipeline.The RoleAs Head of Capital Markets, you will lead Altuva’s capital formation and investor engagement strategy. This is a front-line role responsible for driving capital inflows from hedge funds, family offices, crypto-native investors, sovereign wealth, and special situations allocators.You will partner directly with the CEO and executive team to structure offerings, develop investor materials, and secure anchor investors across the US, Asia, Middle East, and Europe.Key ResponsibilitiesFundraising Leadership – Own and execute global fundraising strategy across Reg D / Reg S, PIPEs, convertibles, and preferred equity.Investor Network Development – Leverage and expand relationships with hedge funds, family offices, crypto funds, DAOs, sovereign wealth funds, and strategic corporates.Capital Markets Structuring – Partner with legal/finance to design capital instruments (convertibles, warrants, dual-class equity, hybrids) optimized for speed and flexibility.Anchor Investor Engagement – Drive institutional credibility through marquee anchor relationships and strategic co-investment partners.Market Intelligence – Track allocator sentiment, NAV arbitrage trends, and competitive capital flows across Bitcoin-treasury and special situations peers (e.g., MicroStrategy, Metaplanet).Ideal Candidate ProfileBackground: 10–20 yrs in investment banking (ECM/DCM/structured credit), hedge fund fundraising, placement, or capital markets at a high-caliber platform (bulge bracket, Tier-1 fund, boutique with global reach).Network: Established allocator relationships (hedge funds, family offices, special sits, crypto-native, SWFs).Track Record: Demonstrated ability to raise $100M+ capital across alternative or structured strategies.Skillset: Investor storytelling, complex structuring, and closing multi-jurisdictional capital raises.Mindset: Entrepreneurial, deal-driven, and motivated by building a first-of-its-kind platform at global scale.Why Join UsThis is a rare opportunity to shape the capital markets engine of a multi-billion-dollar roll-up strategy that sits at the intersection of Bitcoin, NAV arbitrage, and global M&A.
