Our client is a top-performing manager focused on both private equity and real estate, with top-quartile returns across Funds I–III and currently raising Fund IV. They’re seeking a professional with a strong institutional background to serve as the right hand to the Global Head of IR. This is a crucial role in building out the IR function—leading LP communications, developing marketing materials, and quarterbacking workflow for fundraises. The firm was founded by a group of highly respected professionals with a deep commitment to maintaining a strong, collaborative culture. Requirements:The successful candidate will likely have 4-8 years of experience either in an in-house capacity and/or as a third-party placement agent.Direct experience with illiquid Private Markets investment strategies is required, experience with Private Equity is preferred Quantitative proficiency in corporate finance (i.e. understanding investment committee memos, returns analysis etc.)A track record of maintaining high standards of service excellence with both existing clients and prospective investors The successful candidate must have a high level of energy, a positive attitude, and a results-oriented personality. They must be strategic and able to operate in a fast paced, performance and team-based environment, with a willingness to communicate and collaborate with the broader team.
