In 2025, IP Excellera joined Excellera Advisory Group, one of the leading corporate affairs advisory groups in EMEA.Core competenciesDefines and delivers the vision, strategy, and roadmap for IP Excellera’s digital and social offering across the UAE and KSA, with a strong focus on client-facing leadership, relationship management, and account growthActs as the senior advisor for digital within the Strategic Communications function, with a remit to expand to integrate digital across other practices (Capital Markets, Corporate Reporting and Sustainability) over timeActs as the senior advisor for internal marketing initiatives, reporting to the Digital Transformation DirectorLeads the digital team, refines service offerings, and embeds reporting and analytics capabilities, while also contributing to new business developmentWorks closely with the Digital Transformation Director to align digital delivery with the wider cross-practice digital strategy and roadmapClient Collaboration & Relationship ManagementServes as a trusted advisor to clients on digital and social strategy, paid media, and digital content developmentPartners with account leads across IP Excellera to embed digital strategies into existing client programs.Proactively identifies opportunities to grow digital scopes within existing accountsManages and nurtures client relationships to ensure retainer renewals and long-term growthTeam Leadership and UpskillingManages and develops the digital team across UAE and KSA working in collaboration with the Digital Transformation DirectorDesigns and delivers training programs to upskill staff in content creation, paid media, analytics, monitoring and AI toolsReviews and improves existing digital service offerings, introducing new capabilities to meet client and market demandReporting & InsightsEstablishes a unified reporting and monitoring framework to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI working with existing Strategic Communications processes, to expand into other practices over timeRecommends and integrates analytics tools to improve client reporting and inform strategic decision-making in collaboration with the Digital Transformation DirectorEnsures insights are consistently used to strengthen client relationships and support account growthNew Business DevelopmentLeads the digital input into RFPs, proposals, and new business pitchesCollaborates with all practices to ensure digital is integrated into all proposalsBuilds digital pipeline working alongside Strategic Communications, with a remit to expand to integrate digital across other practices over timeSuccess MeasuresStrengthened and expanded client relationships reflected in retainer renewals and scope growthBuild a high-performing digital team that is strategy-led and is market leading in outcomesCompetitive digital service offerings embedded into client programmes and agency positioningA unified reporting and analytics function demonstrating measurable digital ROIDigital integrated across practice areas and consistently represented in new business winsNew Business KPI of USD to be confirmedLine ManagementReporting to the Digital Transformation Director on digital integration, tools and functional rollout across all IP Excellera practice areasReporting into the Practice Head, on all relevant client accounts.Key skills and experiencesBachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (Master’s a plus)8–12+ years of experience in digital marketing or communications, ideally with agency experienceProven track record leading digital teams (strategy, social, performance, content, data)Strategic thinking: Able to develop and lead digital strategies that integrate with PR, creative, and commsPerformance marketing knowledge: Solid grasp of paid media (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic), SEO/SEM, analyticsContent & social expertise: Deep understanding of how content and social strategies support brand goalsClient-facing experience: Comfortable presenting to clients, leading pitches, and managing senior relationshipsData-driven: Strong with analytics tools (GA4, Meta Insights, Data Studio, etc.) and using insights to optimize campaignsTech-savvy: Aware of digital trends, platforms, AI tools, Martech stacksTeam leadership: Experience managing cross-functional digital teams (e.g. creatives, media planners, strategists)For more information, please visit: https://ipexcellera.com/
