The organisation is known for its disciplined investment approach, high-quality operations and commitment to building sustainable value across its assets.With ongoing growth and several key initiatives underway, the business is now seeking an experienced Head of Finance to oversee all financial activities, strengthen governance frameworks and support the leadership team with trusted financial insight.The RoleThe Head of Finance oversees all financial operations across the business and its investment portfolio. This includes financial reporting, liquidity management, budgeting, forecasting, statutory compliance, valuations, cash flow planning and broader financial governance.You’ll work closely with senior executives, external advisers and audit partners, while leading a capable team that includes a Finance Manager, Financial Accountants, Accounts Coordinator and Finance Administrator.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & ManagementLead monthly, quarterly and annual reporting cyclesDeliver accurate financial statements, insights and presentationsManage audit requirements and statutory reportingOversee budgeting, forecasting and long-term planningManage cash flow, capital planning and distribution processesMaintain strong compliance and internal control frameworksMonitor asset and project performance to support commercial decisionsOversee financial considerations for investment transactionsFinancial Advisory & AnalysisProvide strategic financial advice to the CEO and DirectorsLead financial integration for new acquisitions or investmentsDevelop financial models, due diligence and scenario analysisSupport funding strategies, covenant management and tax complianceAssist with risk management frameworks and process improvementOperational SupportStrengthen finance operations across AR, AP, payroll and reportingPartner with operational leaders to provide clarity and financial alignmentSupport project and development teams with financial tracking and feasibilitiesLeadershipLead, mentor and develop the finance teamBuild capability and drive a collaborative cultureEnsure structure and resourcing reflect future growth needsAbout YouCA or CPA qualified10+ years’ experience in senior finance rolesBackground across investments, property, corporate finance or multi-entity environmentsStrong technical accounting knowledgeExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsComfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
