Management of global processes secures regulatory compliance where relevant, but it also drives synergies across the company. Management of value streams is essential to securing that we do not compromise the end-to-end flow and delivery of customer value.Proper governance of value streams and processes is also necessary to scale Wärtsilä Continuous Improvement, across the entire organisation and across all value streams and processes. The Wärtsilä Continuous Improvement principles are embedded in the Wärtsilä Value Stream and Process Governance.We are looking for a Head of Global Value Stream and Process Governance. In this role you will be accountable to deploy and continuously improve Wärtsilä operating model for global value stream and process governance to create long-term value for Wärtsilä to drive our growth targets.Key Responsibilities Develop, deploy and continuously improve the value stream and process governance model with key stakeholdersLead the related governance forums and ensure timely communication of key decisionsLead the demand management process with key stakeholders to evaluate and consolidate the business development needs to improve value streams and processesDrive value stream and process performance management practicesOwn Wärtsilä process architecture and drive documentation practices to ensure consistency and accuracy across process development communityLead a high-performing team of professionals fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learningTo succeed in this role, you need to have: 10+ years of experience in business process managementProven success in leading large-scale operating model change in global corporationExperience in leading cross-functional change initiatives and navigating complex stakeholder landscapesStrategic thinking and the ability to translate business vision into development roadmap for execution to implement the needed business capabilities to drive valueWärtsilä business process knowledge/experience in finance and supply-chain processes in manufacturing industryMaster’s degree in business process management, or in another suitable fieldExcellent planning, facilitation, and communication skills.
