Head of Growth (Maternity Cover) - 12 MonthsOur client, a fast-growing leader in the pet health and wellness space, is looking for a Head of Growth (Maternity Cover) to lead and accelerate their UK D2C acquisition strategy. Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth Leadership & StrategyLead and empower the UK D2C Acquisition team, driving accountability and performance.Develop and execute a multi-channel acquisition strategy across paid digital, non-paid, partnerships, referral and ATL media.Define and deliver growth strategies aligned with commercial goals and LTV targets.Acquisition & Channel ManagementOversee acquisition across paid social, PPC, SEO, affiliates, display, influencers, Amazon and offline media.Lead the Amazon advertising strategy to drive incremental customer growth and revenue.Partner with creative, brand, and content teams to deliver impactful, data-driven campaigns.Optimisation & AnalyticsOwn acquisition metrics, including CAC and LTV:CAC ratio, ensuring efficiency and growth.Drive channel optimisation through data, testing, and insights, using tools like GA, SEMRush and HotJar.Lead reporting, attribution, and real-time performance tracking.Collaboration & Commercial InsightWork cross-functionally with Product, Brand and Global teams to improve the customer journey and conversion funnel.Align acquisition strategy with commercial and promotional plans.Use market and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.About YouExtensive experience in Performance Marketing or Customer Acquisition, ideally in a scaled B2C/D2C or subscription environment.Deep understanding of acquisition funnels, customer journeys and optimisation levers.Demonstrable success in at least two of the following: PPC, SEO, Paid Social or Referral/Partner Marketing.Confident working with Shopify 2.0, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMRush, or similar tools.Comfortable managing teams, agencies, and in-house functions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Why JoinJoin a purpose-driven company passionate about improving pet health and wellbeing.Be part of a leading brand in the veterinary health and wellness space, trusted by millions of pet owners.Contribute to a mission that combines science, care, and tangible impact on pets’ lives.
