We are seeking an inspiring and experienced educator with current VIT registration to take on the role of Head of Learning Support and Development (P–12). This pivotal strategic leadership role ensures that inclusive practices are embedded both at a whole-school level and in the classroom.This role will commence in Term 1, 2026.ELTHAM College is an independent co-educational school located in the Nillumbik Shire, on 98 acres, in the northeast of Melbourne. The role ensures that students requiring additional support, enrichment, or English language acquisition are effectively identified, supported, and empowered to achieve their full potential.The Head of Learning and Development champions equitable access for all students and provides oversight of compliance processes including the NCCD and special examination arrangements.About YouYou are a dynamic leader with current teaching qualification and VIT registration, a strong commitment to inclusion, equity, and student voice.
