Job Description

Responsibilities:Organizes the company’s legal support in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and international standards.Ensures the legality of management decisions, internal regulations, contracts, and other company documents.Conducts legal review of draft contracts, agreements, orders, instructions, regulations, and other company documents.Participates in the preparation, approval, and support of strategically important transactions and investment projects.Provides legal support for corporate procedures: formation, reorganization, liquidation of legal entities, and amendments to founding documents.Monitors compliance with legislation in foreign economic activities, including export-import operations, supply contracts, and service agreements.Develops and implements internal regulations governing the company’s legal activities.Represents the company’s interests in courts, government agencies, and before third parties.Organizes pre-trial dispute resolution and claims management.Conducts legal assessment of corporate decisions, transactions, and tenders.Ensures compliance with legislation on personal data protection, compliance, anti-corruption regulations, and trade secrets.Provides legal advice to management and company employees.Monitors changes in the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and international acts, informs management about legal risks, and proposes measures to minimize them.Requirements:Higher legal education (additional education in international or corporate law is preferred).At least 5 years of experience in the legal field.Deep knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan (civil, corporate, labor, tax, administrative, and anti-corruption law).Experience in handling court and arbitration cases, and interacting with state and regulatory authorities of Kazakhstan.Proficiency in English at Upper-Intermediate or higher (mandatory) — for negotiations, preparation, and analysis of documents.Skills in personnel management, strategic and legal planning, risk assessment, and legal compliance.
