Job Description

Responsibilities:Ensure the company’s activities comply with applicable laws, representing and protecting the company’s interests.Draft, develop (including from scratch), review, and provide legal expertise on contracts, documents, regulations, policies, procedures, and powers of attorney.Explain legislation and its application to employees and company participants; provide consultations on company activities; inform employees about legal frameworks and specifics of the company and group operations.Maintain accounting and reporting documents (registers, inventories) and manage the archive of legal documents (corporate, contractual, court-related).Handle claims and litigation, including participation in courts of all instances at all stages, including enforcement proceedings.Manage contract work, resolve labor disputes, handle company registration, re-registration, amendments, liquidation, and related corporate procedures.Perform other duties, including representing the company before government and other institutions; prepare letters, requests, responses, orders, resolutions, internal policies, instructions, and standards.Provide legal support and document expertise for the company; ensure the legality of transactions by reviewing counterparties, encumbrances, assets, licenses, and obtaining supporting documents.Develop, update, and implement internal policies, regulations, and procedures on compliance and anti-corruption; monitor adherence to regulatory requirements and internal documents; develop methodologies for compliance risk assessment and prepare compliance risk reports; provide employee consultations on compliance matters.Requirements:Higher legal education.Advanced proficiency in Kazakh and English.At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.Ability to process large volumes of information and a commitment to continuous self-learning.
