Job Description

๐‹๐จ๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: Esentai Tower, Almaty๐…๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ๐š๐ญ: On-site, full-time | Monโ€“Fri, 09:00โ€“18:00 ๐–๐ก๐š๐ญ ๐˜๐จ๐ฎโ€™๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ƒ๐จ:- Carrying out KYC and DD procedures for clients and counterparties- Working with corporate documents- Analysis and development of legal documentation (including in English)- Providing legal advice and opinions- Coordination of civil contracts- Development and coordination of internal regulatory documents of the Company- Solving other tasks within the framework of legal support of the Company's activities ๐–๐ก๐š๐ญ ๐–๐ž ๐„๐ฑ๐ฉ๐ž๐œ๐ญ:- Higher legal education- Knowledge of Russian and English (including terms of law)- Professional experience from 1 year๐€๐๐๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐š๐ฅ ๐š๐๐ฏ๐š๐ง๐ญ๐š๐ ๐ž๐ฌ:- Knowledge of securities market regulation- Knowledge of AIFC acts- Work experience in financial organizations- Experience in legal support of corporate processes ๐–๐ก๐š๐ญ ๐–๐ž ๐Ž๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ž๐ซ: - Office in a premium location ("Esentai Tower ") - Corporate mobile plan and gym membership - Friendly and supportive team culture
