COMPANY: Leading UniversityPOSITION: Head of MarketingLOCATION: Colombo, Sri LankaSALARY : Attractive RemunerationOVERVIEW:Our client is seeking a highly accomplished Head of Marketing will lead the overall marketing strategy for the organization, focusing on brand growth, student acquisition, digital presence, and market positioning. This role requires strong experience in education marketing, digital campaigns, market research, and managing multi-channel outreach to drive enrolments and brand visibility.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with organizational goals.Lead student recruitment campaigns across digital, print, events, and partner networks.Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and communication across all platforms.Manage digital marketing activities including SEO, SEM, social media, content, and web analytics.Drive lead generation and nurture funnels to meet enrolment and revenue targets.Plan and coordinate education fairs, open days, school outreach programs, and student engagement events.Monitor and analyze competitor activities, market trends, and student insights.Manage budgets for marketing campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.Build and maintain relationships with schools, universities, consultants, and partners.Oversee creative development for marketing materials, brochures, digital content, and promotional assets.Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve performance goals.Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, enrolment trends, and brand growth metrics.PRE - REQUISITES:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).Minimum 8–10 years of marketing experience, including at least 3–5 years in the education sector or any service related sectors.Strong expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and student acquisition funnels.Experience in managing brand campaigns, events, and partnerships.
