We are looking for a Head of People to drive our people strategy, champion our culture, and ensure our teams thrive across Gordon Ramsay Restaurants & Support Office. Reporting to the People Director you will lead the people operations function, partner with senior leadership teams who value collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement while ensuring our people practices align with business goals.You’ll work in partnership with the People Director to shape and deliver the people strategy focussed on seamless people operations, partnering, engagement and world class employee experience. What You’ll DoLead and inspire the People operations & People Partner team to deliver high-impact, business-focused people operations across restaurants and support office.Partner with leaders to bring the people strategy to life, coach and empower to build confidence and capability in taking ownership of performanceDevelop and embed people policies and process that support our culture and place people at the heart of everything we do Oversee Employee Relations and lead the team on complex and high-risk matters. An expert in the field of ongoing changes in employment legislation, adapting and upskilling the people team and operational leadership teams.Translate key people data and trends in to meaningful proposals to enact change and improvement in the business. Collaborate with the L&D Team to design learning strategies that nurture internal talent and drive progression, continuously growing the capabilities of our teams About YouAn experienced People Ops leader, in a Senior HR role currently, ideally within hospitality, retail, or multi- site environment.We are a fast paced, high energy business which requires the agility to adapt and respond – being commercial and strategic goes hand in hand with being comfortable to roll up your sleeves when needed. Excellent knowledge of UK employment law, pragmatic with a people first mindset and responding to continuous change A natural coach with strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
