For three decades, we’ve helped Kiwis build confidence through science-backed skin treatments, injectables, and advanced skincare via a subscription model.We’re now seeking a Head of Sales & Marketing, a strategic, commercially driven leader. You’ll oversee both sales and national marketing, leading a talented multi-disciplinary team to deliver measurable growth in memberships and revenue.The OpportunityThis is a pivotal, cross-functional leadership role. You’ll lead marketing strategy, national campaigns and promotional execution, and drive sales to acquire and retain members equipping our franchise network and sales teams to deliver exceptional commercial outcomes.Your remit spans revenue growth via paid media, PR, social, content, CRM, and ecommerce, alongside sales coaching and performance reporting.
