PurposeThe Regional Business Manager is responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring new customers and expanding market share for Henry Schein One. This role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their business needs, and delivering tailored solutions that enhance practice efficiency and patient care. The Regional Business Manager plays a key role in executing sales strategies and contributing to the overall success of the business.What You'll DoSalesWork with new clients to determine their present and future needs and propose suitable products, services and upgrades in order to maintain and grow revenue for Henry Schein OneIdentify and close sales from new clients Identifying opportunities for internal sales teams to sell additional services such as training and consultancy to the existing customer baseNegotiate pricing with prospective customersSubmission of relevant orders with required paperwork completedLead generation & Sales Pipe ManagementMaintain call rates and contact with potential customers. In territory act as the main interface between the customer and the organisation to ensure an optimal level of sales and service is provided at all timesLeverage customer & supplier relationship in order to promote HSO as a quality supplier of dental practice management systemsIdentify and gain new business through a sustained program of cold calling, mailing and following up referrals/ leads and keeping abreast of competitor’s sales strategiesEnter all new leads in to the CRMMaintain & manage all prospect contact and ensure every interaction is recorded in the CRMUpdate value, expected close date & % probabilityBusiness Insight Seminars, Tradeshows & Other EventsUnderstand, participate and present Business Insight SeminarsAttend and represent the business at relevant events as requiredMarketingConducting, coordinating and participating in Sales promotions, demonstrations, campaign and events in order to promote HSO to the wider dental community.Henry Schein AlliancesBuild strategic relationships with key Henry Schein reps and managers in the TerritoryMarket and Competitive AnalysisProvide competitive reviews of product and sales strategies. Identify counter measures.Understand and advise the company on the developing trends and need of the market.Product KnowledgeMaintain sound product and industry knowledge.
