We are looking for someone who can actively promote, estimate, and sell Building Compliance solutions related to the building compliance and building Warrant of Fitness (BWoF) within the assigned territory. Pricing and contract management for the managed accounts in the territory is a key activity.How You Will Do ItAchieve new customer growth acquisition targets through business development activitiesAchieve customer retention, increased share of wallet, revenue and profitability, and Customer Satisfaction through managing Customer Relationships of existing Johnson Controls accountsSelf-generate, leverage, maximise marketing leads, cross sell and upsell customers with the full suite of BWOF servicesOwn, develop, and present major bid opportunities e.g. tendersEnsure all quotes are estimated and presented to a high standard, always complying with current New Zealand Standards and legislative requirements and Company standards regarding layout and content of presentationsEnsure all new development and market opportunities are maximised and pursuedUtilise company ERP and CRMS systems including but not limited to, Pronto, Salesforce.com, SimPROParticipate in the One Team, One JCI approach, by actively working with and promoting Johnson Controls entire portfolioTo ensure the highest ethical, technical, and business standards are maintained in all activities.
