The Impact You'll MakeWe are looking for a dynamic leader to spearhead the Danfoss Climate Solutions (DCS) Segment sales and application functions across the Asia Pacific Region (APR), which includes Southeast Asia, Taiwan, Pacific, and South Korea.Your impact? You will implement global and regional DCS strategies, drive profitable growth, and strengthen our market position in APR. With a strong customer-centric mindset and trust-building interpersonal skills, you’ll foster strategic relationships with customers and local teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration in a multicultural environment.Beyond growing the business and segment market share, you will shape a robust regional segment agenda and develop best-in-class technical expertise to enable future growth. Your leadership will optimize organizational structure and talent, driving operational efficiency, scalability, and long-term profitability—while empowering people development and building a high-performing team.You’ll collaborate closely with sales, application, product management, and marketing teams, taking ownership of regional strategy execution, business development, and process optimization. Together, we’ll move toward a more innovative, customer-focused, and sustainable future.What You’ll Be DoingDrive profitable growth and increase market share by providing overall leadership in defining and implementing the shared DCS sales strategy across APRDevelop go-to-market strategies to expand Danfoss’ footprint and win new businessesDrive customer engagement by building loyalty with existing key accounts/OEMs/wholesalers and onboarding new customers across APRBuild and scale the sales team ensuring strong partnerships with customersEnsure optimized value proposition by evaluating market trends, customer behaviours and competitor activitiesDevelop and professionalize interfaces and collaboration across product lines and value chainDrive strong segment pipeline management and enable the local teams to improve chance of success via coaching for sales performanceOptimize organizational structure and talent to drive operational efficiency, enable scalability, and sustain long-term profitability, while fostering people development and growthWhat We're Looking ForMaster/Degree in Engineering or Business or equivalent, with proven experience in sales and business development in the engineering or industrial sectorsMinimum 15 years’ experience of sales management experience and industry knowhow.
