Head of Sales Marketing

This role will be hired under OSK Group member company named Acotec Sdn Bhd.Acotec is an Integrated Building System manufacturer which hold the exclusive rights to manufacture Acotec Wall Panel, a hollow core precast wall in Malaysia.We are currently seeking a motivated and well-organized "Head of Sales & Marketing" with a strong ability to prospect and build lasting customer relationships to join our team.ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES:Responsible for the planning and effective implementation of the Company’s marketing and sales programmes. Developing new business opportunities and provide technical advice and / or assistance to customers / prospects and authorized agents appointed by the CompanyWHAT YOU WILL OWN:Assist the CEO in building and maintaining a high-performance culture through effective performance management, communication and coaching of staffResponsible for achieving sales resultsAssist to provide positive leadership, train, supervise and motivate sales team in the assigned region to achieve regional product sales targetsProvide feedback to Management on customers’ needs, trends affecting the company’s products and actions taken by the competitorsCollect sales and marketing information and identify business opportunitiesAttending to sales enquiries, furnishing product information e.g. usage, application, price movements and other developments to customers / prospects, arranging site visit and sales demonstration, follow up with prospects until closing of salesVisit to project sites and assist to resolve site issues and / or make recommendation for improvementManage the relationship between the Company and the customers, agents, business partners, government bodies, etc and develop good networkingRequired to comply any additional duties and assignment will be given as and when necessaryESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE:Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplineMinimum 5-10 years of experience in related fieldGood command of English and Bahasa MelayuStrong negotiation skillsExcellent interpersonal and people skillsEffective planning and organizational abilitiesCollaborative team player with strong communication skillsAt OSK Group, we stand out by driving innovation and delivering products and services that create meaningful value for the community.
