Job Description

Position Summary:The incumbent will be responsible for leading the complete spectrum of Industrial Sales & Sales Management for customers in (Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore, Philippines and Indonesia). We would like to see expansion in sales and opportunities in these countries, expecting this position to drive significant sales growth in these markets, specifically focused on Equipment and consumables like PET strap, steel strap, tools, standard equipment, airbags, parts & services.Key Roles & Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer baseOversee sales operations across SEA for equipment, consumable products, spare parts & services.Develop and execute sales strategies to meet regional sales targets and business objectives.Manage and lead sales teams in Malaysia and Thailand, ensuring high performance and alignment with regional goals.Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development to team members.Conduct regular performance evaluations and ensure targets are met or exceeded.Monitor and analyze sales data, preparing regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends. Annual budgeting/target setting with monthly reporting & outlook presentationsPresent sales performance metrics to senior management and recommend actions for improvement.Track KPIs, ensuring targets are met and identifying areas for operational or sales process improvements.Ensure all projects and related data are properly recorded & maintained in Signode CRM systemIdentify new market opportunities within SEA and adapt strategies for different markets for the various products and services.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with regional and global initiativesQualification & Certification (if applicable)Bachelor's degree Engineering, master’s degree would be an advantage. Having relevant Mechanical engineer or Technical BackgroundExperience Relevant experience on Industrial sales & sales management. Preferably from Packaging industry, having customer based on Metal, Automotive, FMCG, F&B industry, Logistics10 to 15 years of experience only.Computer SkillsProficient in MS OfficeCommunication & Language ProficiencyStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAbility to communicate articulately and efficiently with othersCore Competencies/Skill/Any other attribute relevant to the roleHunter mindset & well versed in selling premium products. Demonstrate the knowledge and experience in value and solution sellingPackaging equipment knowledge, specifically end of line applications for strapping, stretch wrapping, ASRS and case handling.Highly advantageous if have experience in transit packaging, or has worked with competitorsHaving experience on managing a sales team across geographies, distributor/agent would be an advantage
